Scoop's NASCAR Bets - 3/10

Back with another NASCAR Sunday, today we're in Phoenix, a short track with an interesting layout.

We have a short track for this race, but it's not your typical short track. It runs more like an intermediate track. If Kevin Harvick was here, I'd definitely bet him, but alas, he's retired.

I firmly believe Toyota gets a win here. They've struggled their first 3 races, but they've looked great in practice, and in qualifying. Six of the top 10 times posted in practice were by a Toyota. Now two Toyotas start on the front row.

There's also a new rules package they're using for the race, which is why they had the 50-minute practice session.

Also have to look at Ryan Blaney here. Even though he's starting 16th, he's finished 2nd in three straight Phoenix races.

I'm also not going to shy away from a winner like I did with Larson last week. I knew he would win and didn't bet it because of the odds.
