BILLS @ TEXANS - 8 PM
We get a rematch of what was a wild game last year. Very questionable coaching decisions kinda gave Houston this game. Buffalo had the ball 1st and 10 on their own 3 with 32 seconds left. Instead of running the ball to chew up Houston's timeouts, they throw 3 straight incomplete passes and punt. Houston gets the ball back on Buffalo's 46. 5 yard pass. Timeout. Game winning FG.

Houston's defense had Josh Allen in a pretzel last year. He was 9/30 in that game.

So can Houston's defense repeat that performance? This is quite the battle on this side of the ball.

We know Houston's got the right recipe to give Josh Allen problems. Shut down the run and generate pressure without blitzing. They check all the boxes.

The Bills run game hasn't been all that great recently. In fact, their last road game was in Miami and they couldn't run the ball at all.

But Josh Allen's been fine. He just had 6 TDs in the Bucs game.

We've got injuries on both sides.

On the other side, I know there are concerns for Houston's offense. They almost lost to the Titans. But I gotta say that was a terrible spot. There's a reason Titans +7.5 was my top bet of the week. Tennesee was coming off a bye week... they're healthier. That was a great spot for Tennessee.

Now, Houston comes back home where they've been SIGNIFICANTLY better. This dates back multiple years. They're a much stronger football team at home.

Obviously, there's still no CJ Stroud.

Same injury report for the Bills defense.

Finally a matchup where Houston can run the ball.

And let's give Davis Mills a bit of credit. Houston's 2-0 in the last two games without CJ Stroud and the offensive numbers actually look pretty solid.

Davis Mills might actually have run support?

I feel like at 6, the move has to be Houston if anything.
