I was looking to maybe play on Pepperdine here, because I have not like what I have seen from Iona. Here is what a national writer friend said “This is a game Iona could really miss Berrick JeanLouis, as Pepperdine has NBA level playmakers and shot makers on the wing. The Waves get into their offense early with a lethal transition offense, and actually run some fairly complicated stuff in the halfcourt” I think Iona has shown the ability to score they just have lacked on the defensive end. I think we see some points today on the Island.

This is just way too many points for me. Obviously Creighton looks fantastic their last time out getting called Kalbriner back was huge for them . You wonder if now the Jays are looking past DePaul a bit on Christmas Day, a team the Jays mostly handled last year (although the Blue Demons did have a double digit lead early in the second half in Omaha when they played) I will be first to say this is a different Depaul team. But I will give them credit they have shown the ability to score, Not to mention coming off and embarrassing loss to Northwestern. They also have a nice rest advantage.

Did SMU team wasn't looking very good coming into Hawaii but they've actually played fantastic in two games back-to-back against teams that I think are actually better than this Hawaii team. I just think 4 1/2 is a little too many in the championship game especially considering if Hawaii was this good in this tournament it wouldn't be the first time playing in the final.
