NHL Picks Easter Sunday

Blues at Predators Un6.5 (-115), .5

• St Louis has actually been on a goal scoring year recently but I still have confidence in the under for this game. Both teams have above average defensive players and even though backup goalies will be in nets tonight, they can still be solid. This is the second game of back to backs for both teams and they could be feeling a little fatigued as well. Even though the past meeting between these teams both hit the overs, I believe this will be a slower paced game and the under is the play.

Blues ML (-120) at Predators, .75

• Blues have owned this season series so far and with how they have been playing, I think they get the sweep. 9-0-1 in their last 10 games and have been scoring almost at will.

Sharks at Wild -1.5 (-120) .5

• both of these teams are also on their second games of back to backs but that edge goes to Minnesota for coming home, while the Sharks came from Dallas last night. Wild are just and all around better team and with playoffs around the corner they want to find tune any issues they see on the ice and against this poor San Jose team, they can do that. Marc Andre Fleury should be net for Minnesota as well tonight and that should limit the Sharks offense dramatically.

Sharks at Wild Ov6 (-110), .5

• See above summary

Islanders ML (+175) at Maple Leafs, .5

• The Leafs just had an overtime win against the Senators last night and might be feeling a little sluggish tonight. Islanders have had a few nights rest and are playing some of the best hockey they have all year right now. If anyone could limit the explosive offense that Toronto has, I think the Islanders have all the necessary tools to do that. It’s possible that the offense of the Leafs is too strong for the Islanders to handle but at this value, with how good they matchup against a primarily offensive team, give me the underdogs.
