Virginia @ Illinois under 132.5
I would love to say to bet Illinois, but last night they were +1.5, now it has flipped. I have noticed many people on the over, which I think they see the high sores from these teams their last games, but those games were not indicative to who these teams are. Shot Quality has this game at 122. So instead of playing a side, I am going to go back to the well and play under.
Nebraska 1H -10.5
just a pure fade of Arkansas Pine Bluff as we continue to do. They have played a decent schedule, but at the same time if that helped, they would have played Cleveland State better if you ask me. They got some points at the end to make it look closer than it was. Nebraska just got smashed by St. Johns, I think they come out with some fire in their belly today.
VMI +5.5
Pure model play.
Baylor -2.5
I really liked what I saw from Baylor after they got down so big against Virginia. they could have packed it in but they didn't they fought hard that second half. UCLA on the other hand item melted in the second half and it was very surprising to see a team with Tyger Cambell at point and guys like Jaime Jaquez in the front court, but it did, and Baylor is not the team
I trust for them to figure it out against. Keyonte George for Baylor is really coming into his own. Look for him and Flager and Cryer to be just a little too much for the Bruins.
Utah Valley -12
Model play. Also I gotta add Utah Valley hits Free Throws at a high rate, and forces turnovers at a top 50 rate in the country, this could be a 15+ point game.
Gonzaga 1H -2.5
I am well aware how bad Gonzaga loooked the last time we saw them in Texas. Texas shot the lights out, most of those guys have never shot that well in their life. Zags are still #1 in Kenpom on the offensive end of the floor. Kentucky very good as well, starting with Oscar Tshiebwe, who is one of the best players in the country. Seeing him and Timme go at each other should be really fun. Kentucky played better against Sparty, but did lost in OT. Call me a homer, but I am going to take the Zags to come out hot at "home" after what we saw in Texas.
Houston 1H -3.5
Houston -6.5
I've said this many times I think that Houston is probably the best team in that country there's no doubt in my mind that the best defense in the country Kenpom has them at number two but doesn't really matter they are #1 to me. Jarace Walker and Marcus Sasser are going to be a problem for Oregon here tonight. The one thing that Oregon does have for them as they are one of the longest teams in the country and table has that at number three in height so defensively they should be okay but like I said this all is about Houston and their ability to defend and then get easy buckets on the offensive end
